You can secure a Sienna Homes townhome with a $2,000 progress payment with no further payments required until you sign your building contract. This gives you time to continue saving or organise your finances. Please note you will be required to make payments on your land as outlined by your land agent.
What’s included in the price of a Sienna home?
Our turnkey solution includes everything you need to move in, such as premium appliances, quality flooring, modern fixtures, landscaping, and even your letterbox. There are no hidden costs— we also include fixed site costs.
