Terms and Conditions for “$15k No More to Pay Until Land Settlement Promo”

These Terms and Conditions outline the details and conditions of the “$15k No More to Pay Until Land Settlement Promo.” By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following:

Definitions

“Land Developer” The Potter George Group trading as The Bonnie Brook  Trust. “Builder” Sienna Building Pty Ltd trading as Sienna Homes.

  1. Eligibility
    This offer is with the $5k in Free Upgrades Promo. It is available to buyers who sign a land purchase contract with The Potter George Group on an allotment within The Tillow Townhouse Release (Lots 151 – 157) Oaklands Estate and enter into a building contract with Sienna Homes (the Builder). The offer applies to selected developments and home designs as determined by the land developer and Sienna Homes.
  2. Deposit Structure
    a. A $10,000 deposit is payable to the land developer upon signing the land purchase contract.
    b. A $5,000 sales progression payment is payable to Sienna Homes upon signing the building contract.
  3. Balance of Payment
  1. The balance of the total land amount is due at land settlement.
    b. The balance of the 5% building deposit is due at the time of land settlement.
  2. The balance of your build progress payments, are as outlined in your build contract.
  1. Promotion Terms
    a. The $15,000 total payment includes the $10,000 deposit to the land developer and the $5,000 payment to Sienna Homes. No further payments are required (until the specified dates as noted in section 3).
    b. Any variations or upgrades to the standard home design or specifications may incur additional charges, which will be outlined in the building contract and are not covered under this promotion.
    c. Any delay in the payments as outlined above may result in cancellation of the promotion and forfeiture of any payments made to date.
  2. Cancellation
    In the event of cancellation by the buyer prior to the due dates for the balance of the deposit or land purchase, any refund of the initial payments will be subject to the terms of the land purchase and building contracts.
  3. Contractual Obligations
    Buyers must enter separate contracts for the purchase of the land and the building of the home. The land purchase contract is between the buyer and the land developer, while the building contract is between the buyer and Sienna Homes.
  4. Legal Advice
    Buyers are advised to seek independent legal advice before entering into any land or building contract. Participation in the “$15k No More to Pay Until Land Settlement Promo” does not constitute financial or legal advice by Sienna Homes or the land developer.
  5. Expiry of Offer
    This promotion is available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. To qualify, both the land purchase contract and the building contract must be signed by the buyer before the specified expiry date of the promotion.
  6. General Conditions
    a. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.
    b. All prices, including the total building and land prices, are subject to change without notice, unless otherwise stated in the contract.
    c. Sienna Homes and the land developer reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Roof Coverings – Colorbond Social Media Campaign Terms and Conditions

Sienna Homes offers Colorbond Steel™ as a standard inclusion on select homes. Concrete tiles are also available as a standard roof covering. Roof coverings are pre-selected prior to the marketing release to complement the design of each home. Customers should refer to their specific build contract to confirm the roof covering applicable to their home. Sienna Homes reserves the right to amend roof covering selections based on availability, design considerations, or other factors.
