The Eve is an exceptional family home offering both space to be together and room for a private retreat at the end of a long day. The brief for this home was to create a design that amplifies space. We wanted The Eve to meet the long-term requirements of the modern family – it needed to be flexible and functional
At the heart of the home is a substantial galley kitchen measuring over five metres in length complete with a walk-in pantry.
The living areas are zoned with formal, intimate living spaces placed near the entrance and master suite and the relaxed living spaces are located off the kitchen and alfresco.
What we really love about The Eve is the storage space. The home features an ‘arrival room’ as a transitional space between the garage and the interior of the home, a place for school bags, muddy boots and anything else that is a frequent inclusion in the back of the car.
In the master suite, there is an oversized robe complete with shelving and hanging rods. Linen space is abundant with the inclusion of a queen-sized, walk-in linen cupboard adjacent to the laundry.
