CAN I CUSTOMISE MY DESIGN

Each house and land package comes with a pre-determined design and facade that cannot be changed. We do however allow you to customise and add extra elements to the design to ensure your new home is perfect for you.

CAN I CHOOSE MY COLOURS?

Yes, you will attend our colour studio for an appointment with our qualified interior designer. During this appointment you will create the palette for your new home.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

You will receive our Verve range of inclusions which includes things like timber look laminate flooring, high quality carpet, reconstituted stone kitchen benchtops, Elextrolux appliances and remote entry garage doors. Additional extras may be included however these vary from package to package. Please refer to your chosen house and land brochure or speak to a Sienna Homes New Homes Consultant.

WHAT CAN I UPGRADE?

Each collection of townhomes comes with a defined list of upgrade options. You can select any amount of upgrade options from the list. Examples of items that may be included as upgrade options are larger kitchen appliances, waterfall end panels to the kitchen benchtop, reconstituted stone benchtops to the bathrooms and ensuite, downlights and blinds. 

WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT?

House

  • $2,000 holding deposit to Sienna Homes New Homes Consultant
  • Balance of 5% of house contract paid at contract signing appointment – this occurs within 14 days of holding deposit payment

Land

  • $1,000 holding deposit to Land Development Sales Consultant
  • Balance of 5% or 10% of land contract paid at contract signing appointment – this occurs within 14 days of holding deposit payment
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?

Unless otherwise stated, you will be required to pay the balance owing for the land when the land titles. Once construction commences, you will be required to make  progress payments at the following stages:

  • Base – 10%
  • Frame – 15%
  • Lockup – 35%
  • Fix – 25%
  • Final – 10%
WHEN DO I SIGN MY CONTRACTS?

Contracts are generally signed within 14 days of paying your holding deposit.

IS MY HOME COVERED BY A WARRANTY?

Yes your home is covered by a 7 year structural warranty. Your home will also be protected by domestic building insurance during construction.
