Sienna Homes is operating under Stage 4 Restrictions.  

We would like to provide you with the following update and assure you we are working hard to provide you with a high level of service with minimal disruption and delay.

Display Home Visits & Sales Appointments – These are now online. All of our current range of display homes are available for view as a 360 tour on our website. You can make an appointment to meet with our sales consultants via a video call or phone.

We will update you as soon as the situation changes.

 

Update 10 July 2020

As Melbourne has returned to Stage 3 Stay at Home restrictions, the ways in whic hyou can experience our Display Centres have changed.

We are still open for business and you can engage with us in a variety of ways:

  • Personal appointment at one of our display homes (please note you must complete the Sienna Homes Health Disclosure Form before entry). You can book an appointment and download the form on this page. Appointments are available Saturday to Wednesday 11am – 5pm.
  • Through our website – our website holds a great deal of information on our designs including process guides, 360 degree tours of our display homes and videos.
  • Submit an online enquiry
  • Social media- Facebook, Instagram, Youtube
  • Call and speak with a New Home Consultant on 0428 464 637

Please note that our display homes are now only open by appointment. We will update you on any changes to opening hours in the future.

Update 16 May 2020

In line with recent State Government advice, we are pleased to announce that our display centres  have re-opened. From today, no appointment is necessary, you are welcome to come and visit us during our normal hours of 11am–5pm, Saturday to Wednesday.

Everyone’s health is our priority so we ask you to follow government guidelines including:

  • Observing physical distancing (1.5 metres apart)
  • Using our sanitation station on entry and exit
  • A limit of 10 guests inside at one time. We apologise if you have to wait but we promise it will be worth it.
  • Completing a health form and contact details (to assist in contact tracing if required)
  • If you feel unwell, we respectfully ask that you delay your visit until you are feeling well again.

We are open for business and look forward to helping you achieve your new home dreams soon.

 

Update 12 March 2020

At Sienna Homes we understand that this is a worrying time for anyone building a home. There is a great deal of uncertainty and the environment is ever changing.
I want to take this opportunity to tell you how we are continuing to operate under the current restrictions.
Firstly, and most importantly the health of our community – our staff, clients, suppliers, trades and stakeholders, is our first priority so it is vitally important that we all adhere to the advice and restrictions implemented by our government and advisers.

Existing Customers

Firstly, if you are building with us, we are continuing to build your home.
Our team are committed to keeping you up to date with progress and any changes in our processes. Of course, if you have any concerns you can call us on 0429 094 599

Operations and Client Services:

Colour Browse Appointments are suspended. Clients will be supplied with electronic resources to assist in researching the range of inclusions and upgrades available.
Client Colour Selection Appointments. We will continue to conduct Colour Selection Appointments with social distancing protocols and increased hygiene measures in place. Clients will be required to complete a Health Disclosure Form as a condition of entry.
Construction. Our construction team remain on site supervising and overseeing all of our current build projects. Trades are continuing on site under strict social distancing protocols and increased hygiene measures.
Office Support Services. We have successfully transitioned the majority of office staff to work from home. Our team is continuing to progress files through the pipeline to contract and on to site.
Building Supplies. We have received assurances from all of our major suppliers that there will be little or no interruption to the supply of materials

I am writing this as an update noting that further restrictions may change the way we do business in the short to medium term. We continue to be guided by our Industry bodies who are tirelessly advocating for the construction industry to remain open as an essential service.
